Discovery should answer a question

Organise a catalogue around how people choose. Filters, names and category descriptions should reflect buyer language, rather than your internal inventory structure.

Give product pages a clear order

Start with what the product is, who it helps and how it differs. Put variants, delivery information and purchase controls where people can find them. Use evidence you can substantiate.

Review the entire path on a phone

Test search, product selection, quantity changes and checkout on a real mobile device. An attractive desktop view does not establish that the purchase journey works.

Measure before changing everything

Combine behavioural data with direct usability feedback. Prioritise a specific obstacle, test a change and compare like-for-like periods. Treat conversion targets as hypotheses, not guarantees.
